Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Honey Blush Skin Studio. We want your experience with us to be pleasant and straightforward. If you need help with a return, refund, or order issue, please review the policy below.

Return Period

You may submit a return request within 30 days after your order has been delivered.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition. The product should be returned with its original packaging when applicable, and you must provide an order number or proof of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, skincare, beauty, and personal care products that have been opened, used, tested, or tampered with may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for the following:

1. Opened or used skincare or beauty products
2. Final sale or clearance items
3. Gift cards
4. Personalized or custom-made products
5. Items damaged after delivery due to misuse
6. Returns sent back without approval from our support team

Please include your order number, the item you would like to return, and a short explanation of your request. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

After we review your request, we will provide return instructions if the return is approved.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns. Honey Blush Skin Studio is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged while in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order soon after delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [support@honeyblush.online](mailto:support@honeyblush.online).

We may request photos to review the issue and help provide a suitable solution.

Refunds

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the refund decision.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake from Honey Blush Skin Studio.

Exchanges and Cancellations

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item first and place a new order after your return is approved.

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must follow our return process.
